On August 15, 2023 at 9:45am we arrived for my mother’s scheduled appointment which was confirmed the day before for 10:10am. We checked in and was told that our appointment was at 9:30am which we were confused because our card said 10:10am. We were told we were late and we had to reschedule. My mom who is a heart patient, disabled on a walker and 85 years old began to cry in frustration and asked since we were there could be some accommodations. bad experience with billing. what use to be 1 copay drug out to 2 visits for an extra copay and charge for a copy of the prescription. had seen them for 10 years but having to pay 3 copays instead of 1 I'm done.
