I saw dr. Mulroy roughly a year ago for pain i was having in my shoulder and he was terrible rushed thru everything barely spoke didn't care about a patient that was struggling. I waisted 9 weeks of pt during this time with no hope to have the use of my arm. I gave up seeing him as I knew he was no help. I ended up getting a 2nd opinion and the MRI showed a 270⁰ labrum tear which was causing my shoulder pain and dislocation. The office wait time is terrible and Dr. Mulroy seems to be out of touch with what that patient wants versus what he thinks insurance will cover. Will be never return. Very disappointed.
The wait is very very long I waited in the room for almost 2 hours not the waiting room the room to get seen this was about 1 years ago
So rude Rushed me out with no instruction Never added notes in patient gate way.I was Not important enough to bother
