Manager Maria didn't wanna honor a price that was on a product even Though it was their mistake. She even became argumentative when ever I challenged her on it. Where I'm from companies that make mistakes eat them for the sake of having Business Ethics. Not so here.
I've been a customer for 10+ years and the customer service, quality and variety of fabrics, tools and notions just keep getting better and better. The staff has become my sewing family. The owners have tremendous integrity, honesty and professionalism. They provide the best training, teachers and a good variety of events for all levels of sewists/quilters/machine embroiderers. Awesome store! The ladies in this store are heads above others when it comes to customer service. There is no pressure sales like other sew shops. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, this shop offers supplies that can lead to addiction in machine embroidery and quilting. Prices are reasonable and quality of products very good. Only thing I wish they would change would be offering weekend classes.
