Came in With a Dyson stick vacuum cleaner. Was told very bruskly that “we don’t repair that here”. I stated that it only needed a replacement rechargeable battery. Again, “we don’t do that here”. Where can I get it done. “Dyson Service Centre”. I have bought 2 Janomes there. They are fairly priced and very knowledgeable about the machines. Very nice staff to work with

For some reason, their ladies behind the counter are unfriendly and often rude. I am used to friendly attitudes in quilt stores so I’m writing this one off.
