He is the absolute worst landlord he steals it stuff when u are moving out and spreads lies about things that were not happening. He is very wishy washy about renewing the lease when I never missed a rent payment. Was very hard to even get a stove which I complained for for a year. Never rent from this man. Not sure if it’s this one or not but there’s a man there that goes by the name of Thomas Mullins and he’s got some really disappointing things he says about women in a very putting them down way on Facebook. Don’t do business with them till they fix the employees they have at least. Downright disrespectful way of speaking. Calls people seacows when he’s upset. All around a very unpleasant person
I’ve lived with him for a year now and this house is falling apart. first thing i noticed when i moved in was the broken stairs. they didn’t even fix them. just put a part on it and left the old broken piece still attached. my bathrooms have been growing mold. i thought they would clean this house before i moved in. no. the cabinets are broken too. and the house has clear evidence of heavy smoking (brown sticky stuff on the roof edges) and come to find out from my neighbors that this was a cra** house before i moved in. wow.... read more
