If you have maintenance issues that need to be done......don't hold your breath! I had a list of several things that needed to be addressed in writing since the day I moved in (February) & I was told they would be taken care of ex ...painting , ceiling that was never done, french doors that need to b replaced & I could on & on. After meeting & talking to my neighbors I'm not alone!!!!
