The Mullinix team actually helped my wife and I get into a rental house and they were incredibly awesome! Super nice and friendly, very knowledgeable, lightning fast on answering questions, sending documents, finding out information from the landlord, I mean every single aspect of the process they were on top of it. They handled it to literal perfection!

Purchasing our first home was so exciting. Rio was awesome she reached out multiple times to the sellers and to us. The whole experience was truly fast and incredible. In the future will be definitely be using Rio again. Anybody who asks about a realtor I am sending them to Rio first I have already gave her name out multiple times! If you want someone who truly cares about you and your family and the right house I would highly suggest Rio!!!!

I would highly recommend Rio. She went above and beyond in the process of searching for my home. Almost a year later, she is still there to help me with any questions or concerns I have with my home. There is so many great things to say about Rio and her team that I don’t have the space to write it all here. If you want someone that has your back and works hard for you, then this is the person you want.

Working with Rio and Chris to sell my house in a buyer's market and even during the winter has been my best experience with a realtor. They advised me exactly what I needed to do to my house before posting it for sale and within 2 weeks and 2 days of placing it on the market, I had a contract. The sale was quick and painless. I would give them 100 stars if I could.
