Recently purchased a car from here and had a great experience. Robert was great and very quick with the process. I live a couple hours from the dealership and Robert was great to talk with over the phone and gave me all the info I needed to assure me that I should make the trip that way to buy the car. Would definitely recommend.
Mullinax has a friendly, professional staff that provides great service. In my experience thus far, I feel as though the prices for the services I have received have been very fair. This has definitely not been the stereotypical "dealership experience". I'd advise other Ford / Lincoln dealerships to use Mullinax as a benchmark for standardization.
