Ian the best
Jacob Frakes, sales representative, assisted me is the purchase of a new car. He was phenomenal and so patient as we jumped through hoops but I was able to leave same day with my beautiful Kia. Thanks Jake!
Made an appointment online, but when arrived they did not have my appointment. Unfortunate because I drove 30 minutes to get there. I think they might need to fix their scheduler online.
They took care of all 3 recalls at the same time. But I do need to take my vehicle back, because the anti theft alarm now beeps as if a door is unlocked. But they are all locked.
