Design was fabulous and the designer was great to work with (she is not with them anymore). However right from the beginning we had settling issues. They offered a 3 year warranty and did come to service it, though in every case it took at least 3 attempts to get a call back. After the warranty expired we started paying for repair work even though the issue dated back to day one. Ok, we could accept this provided they were at least marginally responsive.
