Missed tests that were asked to be transferred to an Ontario req. Had to go to another walk in clinic again for same reason. Dr. Seemed annoyed and not very interested in his practice. Didn’t want to order a med because a specialist suggested it. Made us feel we were creating him more work. Just looking for health care. 🤷♀️
Extremely caring when I brought my family member for an appointment. Everyone has their own experience but ours was fantastic. It was clear to see he cared about my family members long term health and well being.
My mother is a patient of Dr. Mulligan. I would never recommend this inattentive and uncaring person to be any elderly person’s physician. She has been left in tears a few times and refuses to see him anymore. To boot, the office staff is rude. Avoid if at all possible.
