HORRENDOUS "BUSINESS" is putting it kindly. I scheduled a "Spare Closet" over the phone with him (I say him because it's one guy, not so much a company) but he decided to NOT SHOW the morning of my move. Not just not show, but did not answer any of my phone calls OR call me to let me know why he didn't show. So I had to spend hundreds of dollars renting (and traveling outside the city) a uhaul AND renting a storage unit for a month on a whim. My recommendation? Find another option (just check out his Yelp reviews...)
