I found Mulligan after googling and reading reviews. Not only was their office manager an absolute dream to work with, their sales rep was professional and explained the entire process and exactly what I would be paying for. The work was done in a short amount of time and at the end of each day, the contractor cleaned up (even swept) so my dog wouldn't be bothered by anything. Bought new windows years ago. Had to have them out every few years to replace insulation that flacks off with sunlight exposure (hello... windows get sunlight) Recently called and told now that the founder has passed away they can no longer honor the “lifetime” warranty. Most of the clips that hold the windows in place are broken with no replacement parts for years. Disappointing since I selected a longtime local business with the promise they stand by their product!
They are a top notch company! I have worked for them over the last 18 years and they are wonderful! They did my moms windows and my grandmothers roof and we never had any issues with any of their work! I would recommend them to anyone I talked to!
I can't say enough about Mulligan Home Improvement. They did our roof and siding 15 years ago. A week ago, we found a leak in our roof. I called Mulligan. They looked up our record and had a roofing expert come to my house. They not only fixed the leak but replaced the wood that was damaged, sprayed the attic with bleach to kill any mold that formed. They never once brought up cost. They truly stand behind their work without questions or arguing. Great company!!!
never heard of this company, never once gave out my phone number looking for a home improvement, don't even own a home. so why am I getting calls from this company.
Had door walls installed in March 2018. They still are not working . Call after call no one can get someone out to Fix them. They are just saying we will get back to you VERY UPSET
I have had many contractors at my home. Mulligan is my favorite.
Very dishonest. Hired to replace trim on my house. They replaced soffit vent covers without cutting new holes for vents. No way this was an accident. Left scrap all over my yard too.
