My heat went out at 11pm, and they came out way after hours and had it fixed before 1am. They didn't have the part it needed on their truck, so they called around different places and were able to find one. They were dedicated to getting everything back going as quickly as possible despite the time and the difficulty getting the part. We also use them for our annual service, and they're always fair and honest and never try to upsell us on anything. Can't recommend enough.
I would give this company four thumbs up if I had more than three thumbs. Take all the good reviews that you read about this company and increase that 100 times and it will still not be enough to describe what they do on a daily basis. Had few issues with my HVAC and vent. Xavier identified and rectified them promptly. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly throughout the repair process. Highly recommended their service. A huge thanks to Xavier!
Furnace went out on New Years Eve - cold day with ugly weather coming in. Xavier, the expert who they sent that same day, handled what proved to be an ugly complicated fix like a total pro. Awesome work!
When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told the diagnosis would cost $95. However, after the service, I was informed that checking the refrigerant charge was not included in this diagnosis, which added an extra $106 just to check the refrigerant. I was under the impression that this would be a standard part of the service, as it is with other companies. This lack of transparency is disappointing and feels misleading.
