This appointment was a 5 star visit! I was called by Chloe prior to the arrival of Joe the technician to alert me to his response to my request to be the first appointment for the afternoon. Joe was very conscientious, responsive and attentive to the needs of my heating and cooling system. He explained various aspects of system functioning and how to remediate those that work not working up to maximum. I truly appreciate this Mulligan Heating and Cooling team!
