Technician arrived to complete small punchlist for new construction installation. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained work step by step as he completed it. Excellent review.
Alex did a good job replacing the capacitor on the condenser/blower and also gave the exterior unit a good cleaning.

I have used Mulligans for several years. I’ve been so incredibly pleased with their responsiveness and competence in servicing my HVAC system. Yesterday, one of my AC units wasn’t working at 8 pm. I called, they came out 30 minutes later and it was repaired right away! Unbelievable service and we had a houseful of company who were so appreciative. Thank you Mulligans!!
