I purchased prefinished hardwood floor manufactured by Mullican. The finish started wearing within 6 months of install. Now 7 years later, my floor is a mess. It came with a lifetime finish warranty and they will not honor it despite sending an inspector who found no fault of mine or my environment. No explanation for the wear. Do not buy flooring from this company. They have the worst customer service ever. They blame everyone else except themselves when they screw up. I ordered flooring and they waited 9 days to inform me the color was discontinued even tho they shipped the trim. They said they would expedite the replacement, that was 8 days ago. DO NOT BUY FLOORING THRU THIS COMPANY. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. PROFIT FIRST, CUSTOMER LAST.

Mullican Oakmont Hickory Provincial buyers beware! Neither my installer, who had worked with Mullican product before, nor I can recommend it due to extremely poor quality issues and manufacturer who rejected claim. Wish I'd researched deeply as see this is common complaint over many years and woukd never have used had seen.
