I purchased prefinished hardwood floor manufactured by Mullican. The finish started wearing within 6 months of install. Now 7 years later, my floor is a mess. It came with a lifetime finish warranty and they will not honor it despite sending an inspector who found no fault of mine or my environment. No explanation for the wear. They refuse to stand by their products. Avoid this company.
Mullican Oakmont Hickory Provincial buyers beware! Neither my installer, who had worked with Mullican product before, nor I can recommend it due to extremely poor quality issues and manufacturer who rejected claim. Wish I'd researched deeply as see this is common complaint over many years and woukd never have used had seen.
