Melanie is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, helpful. Mom had a ring resized, and they did a beautiful job. Mom brought in some old gold jewelry and trinkets, Melanie handled the transaction. They gave us a generously fair price. We've also brought in an old mantle clock for Rob to clean up and repair. That's becoming a lost skill. Very impressed with the whole staff. Very good experience.
Quality repair work has been done on 2 different rings that I have taken in. I plan to have my grandmothers anniversary clock tuned up there soon.
Amazing service. So glad we found them!
They replaced 2 opals in my heirloom ring but when the stones turned to clear glass they never answered my messages. Still trying 8 months later. Their answer, to keep the opals dry, is nonsense: all the other opals in the ring have withstood water for 90 years! When I returned to negotiate, they REFUSED TO TALK TO ME unless I removed this post. The opals they installed are unsatisfactory and they owe me $350.
