Amazing service. So glad we found them!
They replaced 2 opals in my heirloom ring but when the stones turned to clear glass they never answered my messages. Still trying 8 months later. Their answer, to keep the opals dry, is nonsense: all the other opals in the ring have withstood water for 90 years! When I returned to negotiate, they REFUSED TO TALK TO ME unless I removed this post. The opals they installed are unsatisfactory and they owe me $350.

I was referred to this business for watch service, however I do not recommend this business for watch services. I brought in my old Citizen that wasn't holding a charge properly anymore, I told them it was sentimentality valuable to me and I wanted it working properly, and the guy took a quick glance at it and said he doesn't service perpetual calendar watches. But all it needed was the rechargeable capacitor replaced, which the jewelry repair shop at the mall did for $60. So I'm looking for a place I would trust with future... read more
