Mullet's Appliances Inc is a great company James S...sorry for your unusual experience with our company. Unfortunately we do not make the appliances and it is the manufactorers (not us) that have the 30 day cosmetic blemish policy...when you first started seeing any kind of discoloration you should have called us and we could have went to battle with JennAir for you...Again sorry for your out of the ordinary experience with us
