Very nice people, fast service
Great service, fast and professional. I won’t take my Subaru anywhere else.
I was extremely disappointed with the care. My appointment was at 7:45 but no one ever contacted me to let me know what was going on. I had to call at 3pm and at that time, no one knew where my car was or if it had been serviced. I finally got a call back 20 min later. I feel that the service was very glossed over because it was the end of the day. As well, they only asked for a credit card for payment however no one told us how much the charges would be. I was extremely disappointed.
To say that Mario, my service advisor, went above and beyond that what was necessary, is an understatement. With people like Mario to work with after purchasing a vehicle it is hard to imagine I would look anywhere else for my next vehicle.
