I have used this company over the past 7 years. The service technicians are always efficient and willing to answer any questions I have. They arrive in a timely manner and I always get a call from the office to let me know when they are on the way. I rely on them for furnace maintenance and all my plumbing needs.
The owner spoke so condescending to me when explaining our issue over the phone. I even apologized if I was stressing him out because he seemed annoyed and he just continually spoke to me in a condescending manner. Proceeded to tell me he’s the owner, they have big jobs they are doing and couldn’t tell me when they would be out. Losing my business. Learn how to respectfully speak to your customers.
