Have used them for 8 years and never had a problem but they’ve fallen off recently. I called for a simple leak in my bathroom faucet. Tech showed up, looked at it, didn’t do any work but said I needed to open up a ton of drywall to fix the issue and left, still charging me an hour of work and doing literally nothing. Called a different plumber and they had the job done in 30 minutes. Seems they like to charge people for estimates instead of doing the work needed.
As a young couple with two kids under the age of three, we do what we can to make dollar go as far as possible. A few years ago, we were quoted by Muller for a new coil on our boiler and it was more than double compared to a quote we received from another company. We decided to go with the other company. Don’t even bother. Called for service and was told that they don’t take on new customers. What kind of business model is this???
I have used this company over the past 7 years. The service technicians are always efficient and willing to answer any questions I have. They arrive in a timely manner and I always get a call from the office to let me know when they are on the way. I rely on them for furnace maintenance and all my plumbing needs.
