Solar panel (within warranty period) returned to Muller for repair. Unit not failing at Muller. Muller percevered and carried out minor repair. Unit returned to me and is working well. Postage was quick and efficient. Service Fantastic. Thank you Rueben and Hannah.

Ordered the m10 to m8 terminal adapters and when they turned up they looked great quality. Through no fault of theirs, the adapters were not suitable for my specific use (adapting a shunt that required longer length bolts than the adapters had). Ruben Muller was easy to contact through phone/email and issued a full refund when I dropped them back to him, no questions asked. 100% will be returning here if I need any further products for my 12V set up.
