Shame on this company! I had an issue with my dryer. They came and stated that it needed a new element . ( the old one was working when they took it out) the technician had broken it when he took it out. He replaced it with a new one. This did not fix the problem! I called them to let them know that the issue was not fixed by changing the element. I was charged 300.00 for a part that they broke and still have the issue. They personal on the phone said someone would call me back. It’s been about 2 weeks and no one has contact... read more
We have used Mullens a few times for various appliance repairs. Every time their customer service is amazing. Their technicians are fast, and not only do they fix the problem but they show step by step what they did. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
