This is now the second appliance I've bought from Mullen's, and between the fantastic prices and the best delivery service I've had, I won't be shopping elsewhere. The owner herself set me up with the right dryer for me. The delivery guys were so helpful. They leveled my dryer, changed the cord, and even made sure my vent was up to snuff. I didn't even have to deal with my old one. If you want personal service instead of feeling like a transaction then you should definitely shop with these guys. 5/5⭐️
Out of this world customer service. The staff is extremely knowledgeable of appliance repair issues & goes out of their way to help you as fast as they can. This review is LONG overdue. (Sorry it took me so long guys.) I've had the team at Mullen's come out 4 times now. They've taken care of my washing machine, dryer, and oven. I've met several members of their team and they have all been wonderful! They're easy to work with, they know their trade, and they're honest people. This most recent visit, they came out to look at my oven and were in contact with me just a few hours later to tell me that parts alone would cost more than one of their refurbished ovens. Great service, super fast, and super important in my book - everyone who I interacted with - the girl who took my call, and the 3 guys who came THE FRIENDLIEST people, all of them!!! Highly highly recommend!!!!
Stopped in for a belt for a dryer, got it with no issues, friendly service behind the counter and knowledgeable. Only issue was Google kept trying to send me to the old location every time I clicked for directions and had to manually input the new address. Not Mullen's fault at all, just something Google needs to fix so be mindful if you just hit the directions button and go.
