Worst appraisal service ever. Appraiser will not adjust for lot size or square footage/bedroom numbers. Good luck getting your loan approval with this appraiser. Also once asked for reconsideration it's almost like we peed in their pool and spit in their face. The lot size we are buying is 1/3rd of an acre and they're comparing comps for 6,000 sq/ft lots. It just doesn't make any sense. If you get this appraiser may god have mercy on your soul. We now have to pay out of pocket for a second appraisal so we can get this house.
We purchased a home in Arizona. They did the appraisal for the closing. There was a discrepancy in the square footage and they would not even communicate with us or the bank. Once they determine that there was an error made they were unwilling to change the appraisal. The lack of communication on their part was unacceptable. Once they change the square footage they would not change the appraisal price. They did not care that they made a mistake or it was a hardship for us. Do not use this appraisal service.
