I see all these glowing complaints for Mr. Mullen. He knew what he was doing when he helped these people. He didn't know what he was doing when he "helped" me. He didn't even know what things he didn't know. My girlfriend is in terrible pain, which adversely affects her behavior. She called 911 too often.
