Completely outdated practice. They don't have current equipment that many dental offices now do. Unable to fabricate in house digitally, they had to send off for a crown. Took weeks. They put it in and did nothing to make it fit my bite. I only discovered this after 4 months of pain in my jaw, unable to bite down on it and it created a large abscess on my gun.
