I have been seeing Dr. Mullally for about 4 years. He littery saved my life from covid Pneumonia. He's super compassionate which is really hard to find a doctor that seems to care about your well being. Office waits are a little long lately but definitely worth it because he never rushes his patients.
Always pleasant and concerned
I had seen several doctors and none wanted to help me with my chronic condition but Dr. Mullally was compassionate and listened
This Dr has been over perscribing a woman, Kay Donovan, for years. She sells her extra meds to supplement her income. The DEA caught wind of Kay & Dr. Mullally, so he reduced her meds. Not enough! How much has he been overpercribing? How can he not accurately gauge her pain levels? This Dr. has played an active role in the opioid crisis. What happens when addicts can't get opiate pills? Fentanyl. Heroin. This Dr. is killing people. Kay, certainly, is just one of many he is harming others through.
Awesome doctor
No nonsense compassionate care from a Physician who REALLY cares. The wait is reasonable, the compassion is real.
Having spent 30 plus years as a Respiratory Therapist I recognize real empathy when I see it. Dr. Mullally has it. Kind caring and very knowledgeable. I have worked at the same Hospitals as Dr. Mullally for 20 of my 30 plus years. I would never think of going to a different Physician. I highly unequivocally recommend this awesome Physician and human being.
Staff doesn’t do their job. Wait days for rx to be sent to pharmacy and if you call them they act like you are bothering them. Dr John is a good dr but his staff needs a wake up call.
I have debilitating MS. And had surgery and come now down with Gastoparesis. After driving 2 hours to Uofm and waiting 4 1/2 hours and still had 43 people ahead of me. It was 4am and had to spend 200$ on a hotel room. I then was told by Dr. John to go to a Drs appointment in Northville. Which again is a 2 hour drive from my home. I have severe nausea and pain and just couldn't do another trip back to that area. So, mullally dropped me as a patient for being non compliant! And my husband..
