I bought the brand new F350 from this dealership, but dealership sold me defective truck, the truck has been staying service department a month. It affected my work and daily life. Furthermore, the salesman Pablo is a good man, it is not his fault, the dealership needs to pay everything.
We had them repair a sunroof on our car, when we received the car back their was dirty hand prints all over the headliner, the headliner made noise, only to find out they left clips out of the headliner. Same car took it in for a oil change, when we picked the car up they claimed one of the lug nuts were missing, which was not true, when you look at the wheel stud it’s stripped out which is from a tech cross treading the the lug nut. Great service. It’s the only place I take my car.
Very professional staff and patient with my stupid questions (because even if people say there is no such thing as a stupid question, yes, yes there definitely is and I sometimes end up asking them).
Great service and waiting area. They completed the service quickly amd professionally. Will be me go-to Ford maintenance shop in the future.
