We just moved into a property obout 16 days ago, Robert the landlord guess u would call him, having him try to do stuff he told us he would is like pull good teeth, 1st had issues with him turning ont he water which is in the contract, then he lied to us about the water company suppose to turn it on an they supppse to call him, but my girl call an the city said there was no that called for them to come out to turn on the water so we waited few more days an found out he owed the city. I would hardly call Joanne a professional as I was laughed at and hung up on. Was looking into a property Mull had listed and unfortunately I was denied because I’m self employed with a consulting company. I understand businesses cannot be conducted out of rental properties but no operations or products are associated with my company and a rental property.
