Based on my experience Brian Mulholland is both unprofessional and inconsiderate. We had a 9:00 a.m. appointment at his office when I got their I was told only that he was running a little late. At my request and after a couple of tries, the receptionist was finally able to get a hold of Brian, it was now about 9:20. After their brief phone call she told me it would still be another 20 to 25 minutes before he would be there.
