I dropped in to discuss front suspension parts for my FXR. The parts guy was pretty busy telling me what I don't need as opposed to listening to what I'd like to do. This kind of arrogance don't sit well with me. Not sure I'll return to conduct further business in the future. BTY, I bought my bike there back in 87. What happened to customer service?
The Service Department is great Matt set it up and took care of all things I needed worked on without adding additional hours to my bill. I will be returning, as for parts fast and knowledgable people. Next bike for sure will be purchased here. This is the way a Harley dealership should be.

Sean always supported our local HOG chapter. He was a member, came to our meetings, supported us on rides, and talked with us at meetings. He was always pleasant and was a great example of how a dealer and HOG chapter should work together. He is missed!
Sean D's support and involvement with our HOG Chapter was off the hook. Crazy fun times on our over night rides and he really brings it when MC'ing and DJ'ing those parties!!!
