I have rented a unit here for the last year or so. Received a phone call yesterday from the old lady and she was yelling that one of my workers had parked on Mulgrave Road in the public carpark. She claimed she owned that part of Mulgrave Road and she paid for that part of the road to be built 30 years ago and that she pays $58,000 a year for council rates and that the council even refuses to clean that part of Mulgrave Road because they know she owns it. Great service and good price
Popped in to get a price ,old woman came out said it was her lunch time so she couldn't be bothered to show me a storage unit,told me to come back later . This is the funny bit ,I asked her if they were waterproof she replied nothing is waterproof, and then said im not happy you being here last time someone asked that we had a flood, It's next to a creek and an easement 😆🤣
