How there is a 4 star review for this dump is astonishing. Dryer eats clothes, cars get towed, water gets shut off without notice, parking policy is a tragedy. This place is a hot spot for tow truck drivers. You can watch at 9pm as they prowl the lots with their lights off stealing people's cars and holding them for ransom at their West side tow yard.
