Last time my husband and I ate there our waitress was simply taking care of others before our needs. That’s been a few months ago and we’ve never been back. The steak was also not good at all, as it had no seasoning whatsoever. Today I ordered carne asada fries and didn’t what jalapeños on them. They stated that the cheese came with them in it. I could not eat them because they were WAY too hot. They need to offer cheese without jalapeños in it. Their food is just mediocre.
Went in with a group of 8, customer service was awful, we were told we will probably sit you there and pointed but never sat us or have us menus after about 5 minutes we sat ourselves at the tables she pointed to, they were clearly not interested in our business so after 15 minutes of nothing from them we got up and left. Can’t say I will ever go back as this was not our first bad experience there
Ordered take out yesterday - my soda was flat and hot, I paid extra to upgrade from fries to a salad with my entree, didn’t receive my salad. Both my son and my husbands fries were extremely undercooked. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this.
After lockdown this is a great place to eat and drink SMOKE FREE

Great service, great food and a friendly environment. Definitely a must every time we come to Spring Creek.

Walked in at 1:30 for lunch with only 2 other tables. Waitress asked for our drinks. She never brought them and our order was never taken. Walked out at 1:45.
