Very poorly run. Do not rent from this management company. They decide when to allow you to use heat, which seems weird right? A limb recently fell onto the roof of my building. Water leaks into my unit. Instead of fixing the issue, I have been given a coat of paint so I can pass a city inspection. The grounds are in terrible shape.
