We hired James Mulcahey to screen in and put a roof on my mom and dad‘s deck. He showed up on time and did the job. We paid him for the job in full. We then discovered that the roof was shingled incorrectly and the door only opens about 1/2 way due to hitting roof beams at slope. He did the job in August, and it is now almost November and I can’t get him out here to fix the things he did wrong. He ignores my texts and calls. As it is, the roof will not last till spring.
