I used them regularly for about 6 weeks and it was fine until my new (worn- once) designer top came back damaged and the belt to my coat didn't come back at all. The response to my worn-once designer item was that I must not have noticed it was damaged when I brought it in. Ironically, the clerk didn't point out any damage to me when she took my clothing nor when she returned it. I only discovered it once I got home.
