RAT TRAP! I have been here less than a month. My toilet is leaking and they have been out here once or twice to pretend to fix it and it’s still still leaking. My neighbors upstairs are so noisy. This place is a rat trap.And my wall outlets don’t work!!!!!!! I WILL be moving OUT when this lease is up!!! 😡

Very nice place for the money, has a pool, great area isolated from heavy traffic within a great school zone.. Mrs Teresa it's very nice and professional and the maintenance team is stellar!
I have had a great experience while living at Winslow Place. Teresia is the best!!! She has always been so helpful and kind. Anytime I have put in a work order it has been completed with in 24hrs. I will definitely be renewing my lease next month.
