Very nice place for the money, has a pool, great area isolated from heavy traffic within a great school zone.. Mrs Teresa it's very nice and professional and the maintenance team is stellar!
I have had a great experience while living at Winslow Place. Teresia is the best!!! She has always been so helpful and kind. Anytime I have put in a work order it has been completed with in 24hrs. I will definitely be renewing my lease next month.

I've been here 5 years! When Jessi was here everything was great! Now we have someone new in the office & it's horrible. They are not kid friendly! They don't allow kids to ride bikes outside, she wants them to only play on that broke down playground they have out here! It's horrible, I'm glad I'm moving soon. So they're about to have open availability!
I’ve lived in the community roughly over a year and Ms. Jones is great and efficient. Great communication and timely maintenance request repairs! Would highly recommend.
