be sure to read the rental application carefully. they check your credit score and criminal background even if you have a section 8 voucher. so, it stands to question, if your credentials are good enough for the government, why are they not good enough for a mediocre rental facility like the infamous mulberry tower? tbh, who in the world has perfect credit in this economy, and/or don't have skeletons in their closet from their past? so, it stands to reason, there is more behind their investigations, that seem questionable! t... read more
When I first moved in there were some problems but it's getting better
I have been living in this building over 10 years, and I love it here The manager and her staff are wonderful, professional and fair, if a problem arises they are on it. Love my cozy apartment and fact that everything is walking distance, a true blessing indeed.
The bldg has severe flooding the owner refused to fix the roof it takes staff weeks to make repairs constant flooding inside the bldg bedbugs this bldg is not safe staff are disrespectful there are drugs being sold inside the bldg cracks in many of the apt ceiling holes in the roof as well as huge hole in the ceiling on the 12 floor due to severe floods when in rains the wayer comes straight through the floors in the apts are badly stained itd a hell hole
