Great Main Street place I try to avoid the mall section of Manchester (aka Buckland Hills) every chance I get and it's with some great relief they opened up not only a decent but VERY good pizza joint on Main Street. I recently moved not even .5 miles from this place and I have to say, I love their pizza. They offer New Haven thin crust style pies. Never Disappointed I love this place and I live over 20 miles away... Service is great and every request is meet with a smile . I love the new location with the nostalgic tin ceiling. Its great, right downtown off Main St. I would have to say that my favorite is the secret garden pizza.. delicious.
New location, bar, seats, atmosphere Mulberry Street has moved to 985 Main Street...and what a place...dark wood...it has to be the best looking shop I have ever seen...the bar is so cool and it has big screen TV's.The pizzas are great and they now have wonderful pasta's but the best thing yet was the pulled pork nachos with mangoes...it is absolutely the best thing I have ever eatenI know they now have a web sitewww.mulberrystreetnow.comgo today you will be thrilled...five stars
I love everything about Mulberry Street Pizza From the great portobello mushroom sandwich to the yummy thin crust pizza (and I was raised in New Haven), I have never been disappointed with their food! And, when I needed food delivered to a hotel for people who were presenting a concert for me at Cheney Hall, it was on time, hot and delicious! Expanding from their small site was the best idea ever and has given me yet another reason to visit Main Street in Manchester, Thank you Thank you!
Great Pizza... Cranky Employees – I've eaten at Mulberry Street a few times and the food is awesome and the service timely. Don't expect a friendly greeting at the door, though. The clerks are teeny boppers and couldn't be bothered with "service with a smile."
Manchester Resident Pizza and sandwiches are great, really fresh and totally delicious. However the young girl who answers the phone and works the register is unbelievably rude. I want to give them my business but after a few bad experiences with this girl I hesitate to return.
Not bad, but not worth the price I was slightly disappointed by the pizza we got from here. Not as good as the sit-down Randy's on the Tolland Tpke. The pizza is thin crust, and the cheese was good, but there wasn't a lot of sauce and so therefore seemed to lack any great flavor. Crust was dry/burnt and unappetizing--and usually I love all pizza crusts. The guys working there weren't all that friendly, but it's only takeout so it doesn't really matter too much.
