Good management and a peaceful place to live.
Extremely noisy. Paper thin walls. Slamming doors. Rude neighbors. Creaky floorboards. Outdated, broken appliances. Manager is like the wizard of Oz, will never talk to you on phone. I thought there ought to be at least one non made up review here.
I am writing this review because of an experience I had as a visitor to this property. I was towed from an unmarked spot a few months ago. I contacted Swift Properties (property management company for this property) and asked to be reimbursed the towing charge I had to pay because there was no way that I could have known that I was parking in an unauthorized parking spot. They refused to not only give me my refund but also my request that they get signs put up in these spots to prevent other people from experiencing what I h... read more
