I will be back, I got cornish hens and 2 racks of lamb they were patient with what I wanted. And cut it the way I wanted it to look everything is fresh, I got some cute cornish hens here too.. Worst purchase ever , ordered something I did not received, got some bloody meat, I just had discarded of,discussing, never again. 5 stars ...are you kidding me...!!!
Thanks for helping me get the type of meat that isn't available in the state of TN. Many of my receipes are from colonial times of the NE area in this country... so the need couldn't be met by butchers here to fill. Great online experience. super fast delivery and packaging with great care. product is superior and the price point is spot on..!!!
Knowledgeable butcher, quality looking meats, and a cow on the counter who moos every time you walk past! Prices are what you would expect for good steaks. They have a good variety of meats - it feels like stepping back into a butcher shop in the 50's - the old New York atmosphere is priceless. I love supporting the shops which have been here forever.
