Mulberry Gardens are not all that they make out to be for them to be HUD based they show just keep trying to take from the poor they never fix your rent when your income goes down but when it goes up they change it the same day they will wait for months to pass by and try to say you owe them for a month that u been paid (who would let any one live for free) we then had over 3+ leasing manger's I'm SURE corporate NO THESE PEOPLE ARE TAKE N PEOPLE'S MONEY
