The tile installer never washed away the grout haze. I've tried getting castlerock to honor their warranty without success so far. Another note, they've been giving over 30k worth of free upgrades lately (Mar 2025) on their smaller floorplans, so don't overpay! I do recommend checking out Chesmar, as they have things like a radiant barrier (not available on castlerock mulberry for some reason) and higher efficiency air conditioners to save you more every month. Very nice "master planned community " and two builders to choose from. Chesmar and Castlerock.
After spending months looking at homes new and used, we finally decided on Mulberry Farms. The crew at Castle Rock made the process of buying new build easy. Any problems, which was NOT many, we had with the home during our walk through was quickly taken care of with zero complaints. We are happy to closed before the new year!
