Mulberry Farms~ A very nice "master planned community " and there are two builders to choose from. We chose Castlerock. Our super cool sales person Stanley Smith was nice, neat,friendly and knowledgeable and most of all patient and understanding to even my smallest questions about the process. Thanks Stanley!
