They are slumlords if you ask me I know someone who lives there for 13 years and they refused to replace his kitchen counter and it's falling off the wall plus there place needs painting really bad and the maintenance men start on things bit never finish what they start.
I sent this complex an email requesting a tour. 4 days later and no one ever called me back to set up the appointment. Strike one. I finally made an appointment, after I had to call them. Strike two. I went to the complex at the appointment time and no one was there, the office was locked up and I could hear the phone ringing and no one was there to answer it. Strike three. The management seems to be beyond incompetent, so I would just not try here, if I were you.
