I have lived here for 1 year. I absolutely loved it when Latrese was our property manager. She made it feel like home. Everyone here was like family. Too many people have moved out, and new ones moved it. I have close friendships with my neighbors who are still here. Others are not so friendly. The apartments are very nice, although they do need some upgrades. Rent is reasonable, although it could be cheaper since it is for 55+ who live on fixed income. We have wonderful neighbors who check on each other. Our maintenance person, Xavier, is friendly and tries to get emergency maintenance as soon as possible. If it's nonemergency, then might take few days. I just came in about 2 weeks ago at almost midnight and had 2" water in laundry room. He and our manager were here in less than 15 minutes. They worked several hours to get the problem solved and everything cleaned up. He and Coleen go way beyond their job description
