The floor plan is great, the sales gals were wonderful. The house is 3 years old (past the short warranty) and things are falling apart. Screws are popping out of walls, one of our sinks fell out of the counter, there are cracks around the fireplace (which have been repaired a few times), there isn't a plumb corner in the house, the floor slopes, the floors creak extremely loud in the entire upstairs, a pipe joint blew 3' under ground so we have no water (who knows how long it was leaking), our glass shower door doesn't clos... read more
