I appreciate receiving a call from Mr. Thomas who was extremely informative and helpful to me in answering all of my questions. The homes I saw during my self tour all appeared very nice and I like the fenced yards. I'm looking forward to moving in!
10/5 This place is a scam, scammed me out of $100 and denied me a rental application to “” charge off in an area that I’ve never even lived. I have perfect credit well over 700. I have a mortgage currently and within the last six months, I was approved for half million dollar mortgage. Two brand new vehicles 7 paid off autos within the last 10 years and a vast credit card profile with major credit cards. I have been a resident of Mulberry at Rice Hope for 2 years. The rental company I moved from was an absolutely nightmare, so believe me when l say they are a breath of fresh air. If you call their office, you will NOT be placed on hold for an hour. Someone answers almost immediately. My property manager, Erik Black, was very responsive via email and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. Everyone that I have encountered at Mulberry at Rice Hope has been pleasant and professional.
