Maintenance was never easy to get ahold of, even with water coming through the roof of a 2yr old home. AC went out mid summer, inside temp got to 85⁰. AC was out for 3wks until we eventually moved. Home became infested with fire ants because maintenance refused to treat property even though we were paying for it. Lawn care that we couldn't opt out of broke hoses and a green house and then ignored calls when held accountable. Homes are cookie-cutter homes that cannot maintain over 2yrs. In February this year, I had decided to terminate my lease (due to a poor living situation with roommates). I had lived here for two and a half years where my deposit had carried over from when I had first moved in. Well fast forward, the managers had allowed me to stay longer past my lease to clean up the place (the roommates had left it a disaster), to which the managers refuse to give me my deposit back without their names on the check as well. We lived at mulberry at rice hope for 2 years. Their management is absolutely horrendous and never available. If they are in office they will not answer any phone calls and never respond to emails. We had our AC go out and they refused to order the parts needed to fix it. So in July and August we had no working AC. This was just one of many issues that maintenance refused to fix.
