My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. From the constant noise coming from the apartments behind the houses to the frequent parties at the maintenance employee’s residence on weekends, it has been a very unpleasant place to live. The neighborhood also has a significant water issue—the water often smells like rotten eggs, which is concerning, and despite reporting it, maintenance has been unwilling to resolve the problem. I was very interested and was going to apply to live here until I met the leasing agent. She was not welcoming but more dismissive than anything. I was very disappointed with her attitude towards me. She kept saying “Thank you” to hurriedly end the conversation and dismiss me. If she was too busy to assist, all she had to do was say so.
