They had never seen me before, but with our emergency, I waited less than 5 minutes to be brought back to an exam room. They were thorough and kind to our needs with my outdoor kitty. In the end, Bobo was too sick, and with a heavy heart, we sent him to the Rainbow Bridge. Again, nothing but care and compassion for the situation, and towards my kitty and me.
