I would have given five stars for Dr Venu's medical care & service -which I had for over a decade- until this April 15, 2023 when I called to schedule two appointments: an upper GI check up & high risk colonoscopy. The lack of communication and compassion earns a two star or less. I have always called 4-5 months in advance for upcoming procedures/visits & was given an appt within that time.
