This horrible excuse for a doctor is an even worse excuse for a human being! In his spare time, he likes to threaten, misdiagnose and withhold the mentally ill patients medication for FUN!! He lies to bill your insurance longer and he keeps patients with dimentia locked up in the secured psyche ward at Pacific Grove in Riverside until their insurance runs out!
