Had work scheduled to be completed while on vacation for 7 days. Arrived to see nothing was done. No call, no txt, no e-mail. Called I "guess" it was the owner answered and stated he had a truck broke down for 3weeks. What???!! OK! Why didn't I receive a call or something? He stated he "fired" all 3 girls he had for not doing their job. Why couldn't He call? He stated he's been sorting through the files!!!! Uh huh!! Never again! Called Mukie’s on 9/10/2020 to get an estimate for a driveway seal. The woman told me she would get back to me in 72 hours with the price. Never heard back. I called again on 9/15 and the woman said she had no estimate yet on her desk but would look into it. Today is the 18th and still never heard back. Pretty disappointed because we have used Mukie’s in years before and they have always been responsive and done decent work.
